The Motor Neurone Disease Association (MND) were a great help to us. They visited us at home providing support and advice, and accompanied us to hospital consultations to help make sure our questions were answered and we understood what was going on. They also provided us with equipment as Terry's illness progressed. We will always be grateful for their help.
